The Domino effect.We have all set up a row of dominoes, knocked over the first one, which in turn knocks down the second one and very quickly, the last domino is knocked down. Just like setting up the dominoes, when you make a plan to start a habit, you soon start a second one that eventually leads a sequence of habits.
One healthy habit can cause a chain reaction of healthy habits; much like the Domino effect. Most choices are interconnected; every aspect of one choice has an impact on another. Walking or jogging can lead you in to you cutting off sugar, or vice versa. Next thing you know, you’ve lost a couple of pounds easy. The key is to just get started. Find that one change that will be a catalyst for a series of good habits.
