There’s a difference between interest and commitment.
When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit, you do it only when it’s convenient.

When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results. Because if you are committed, there is always a way. With the right focus, we can generate the right emotion inside of us and can get ourselves to do anything. We develop the determination to find a way, no matter what the barriers are. If money is a problem, we find creative ways to manage that. If time is a problem, we also find a way.

When you are not seeing results, ask yourself do you really need this to happen or do you just kind of want it? If you must have it, you will be willing to make the changes, willing do put in the hard work, willing to wake up earlier to fit your workout in, willing to say no to unhealthy food. Willing to do it day in and day out.

Don’t give up on something that you think about achieving day in and day out. Get committed. There is nothing more powerful than a made up mind.
