Your body’s tolerance to exercise changes day by day due to emotional, chemical or physical stress. Push yourself to the limits of how your body feels today. If might be harder to workout after a stressful work day and you feel like you are getting tired faster. That’s ok, listen to your body and do just enough to stimulate it. Don’t judge the workout by how much you did compared to last time, instead make sure you gave your all in each and every rep and you would have done your best. That’s what counts in the end.
