And, no you do not need to be already somewhat fit to join us. We want you to be your true self and we will adapt the exercise for you and guide you every step of the way towards your goals.

Experience meets knowledge to increase the standard of training to get you results in the fastest and safest way possible. Our trainers are not your typical trainer who took a weekend certification. We have dedicated time and money into further education with Resistance Training Specialist® (RTS) and Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT) and Muscle Activation Jumpstart to better understand the body and how force application via exercise will target muscles that we want to activate and strengthen. We understand that every individual is different and each exercise should be specifically tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. We allow your body to dictate what exercises should be chosen for maximum results.

We work in parallel; side by side to develop an exercise program for you, teach you the proper technique and progress you on a weekly basis.
